Yleiset peruutusehdot tapahtumille

PAM-Uudenmaan Marava-ammattilaiset 701 ry järjestää jäsenilleen tuettuja tapahtumia ja matkoja. Näitä ehtoja sovelletaan kaikkiin yhdistyksen järjestämiin tapahtumiin ja matkoihin.

1. Noudatettavat ehdot

Yhdistys noudattaa aina tapahtuman tai matkajärjestäjän kulloinkin voimassa olevia peruutusehtoja.

2. Ilmoittautuminen ja maksaminen

- Tapahtumien liput ja varaukset tulee yleensä vahvistaa ja maksaa 1–3 kuukautta ennen tapahtumaa.
- Lue aina tarkasti tapahtumakohtaiset ohjeet ja järjestäjän peruutusehdot.
- Saatu lasku on maksettava eräpäivään mennessä. Maksamaton varaus peruuntuu automaattisesti.

3. Peruutukset

- Kuluton peruutus on mahdollista tapahtumajärjestäjän ehtojen mukaisesti (yleensä 1–3 kk ennen tapahtumaa).
- Jos peruutus tehdään kuluttoman määräajan jälkeen, omavastuuosuutta ei palauteta. Lisäksi osallistujalta voidaan periä todellisen hinnan erotus järjestäjän ehtojen mukaisesti.
- Jos osallistuja ei saavu paikalle, veloitamme tapahtuman koko hinnan. Peruutuskulut lasketaan todellisen hinnan mukaan, ei jäsenhintaisen osallistumismaksun perusteella.
- Sairastuminen tai lääkärintodistus ei vapauta maksuvastuusta.

4. Yhdistyksen tuki ja kustannukset

Yhdistys tukee jäsentensä osallistumisia yleensä etukäteen. Mikäli osallistuminen peruuntuu, yhdistys laskuttaa todelliset kulut, mukaan lukien tukiosuuden.

5. Vakuutukset ja vastuu

Osallistujia ei ole vakuutettu yhdistyksen puolesta. Kaikki tapahtumiin osallistuminen on omalla vastuulla.
- Suosittelemme varmistamaan oman vapaa-ajan vakuutusturvan ja tarvittaessa matkavakuutuksen, joka kattaa myös peruuntumiskulut.

6. Toistuvat rikkomukset

Jos jäsen rikkoo toistuvasti näitä peruutusehtoja, häneltä voidaan evätä osallistuminen tuleviin tapahtumiin.

General event cancellation policy

PAM- Uusimaa Marava Professionals 701 ry organizes subsidized events and trips for its members.

These terms apply to all events and trips organized by the association.

1. Applicable Terms

The association always complies with the current cancellation terms of the event or travel organizer.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Event tickets and reservations must usually be confirmed and paid 1–3 months before the event.

  • Always carefully read the specific instructions and the organizer’s cancellation terms for each event.

  • Invoices received must be paid by the due date. Unpaid reservations are automatically cancelled.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations without charge are possible in accordance with the organizer’s terms (usually 1–3 months before the event).

  • If cancellation is made after the free cancellation period, the self-financed portion will not be refunded. In addition, the participant may be charged the difference to the actual price according to the organizer’s terms.

  • If the participant does not show up, the full price of the event will be charged. Cancellation costs are calculated based on the actual price, not the subsidized member fee.

  • Illness or a doctor’s certificate does not exempt from the payment obligation.

4. Association’s Support and Costs

The association usually subsidizes member participation in advance. If participation is cancelled, the association will invoice the actual costs, including the subsidized portion.

5. Insurance and Liability

Participants are not insured by the association. All participation in events is at one’s own responsibility.

  • We recommend ensuring adequate personal leisure-time insurance and, if needed, travel insurance that also covers cancellation costs.

6. Repeated Violations

If a member repeatedly violates these cancellation terms, their participation in future events may be denied.
