The Naming Competition for Our New Premises Is Now Open!

The new Marava 701 premises at Hämeentie 9 B will be ready during the autumn, and now you have a unique opportunity to leave your mark on the history of our branch.

We are looking for a name for our new premises and invite all members to take part in an open naming competition. Now is the perfect time to get creative and suggest a name that reflects our activities, sense of community, or our new home.

The winner of the competition will receive a €150 NOHO gift card.

The competition is open until 25 October 2026.

The winning entry and the official name of the new premises will be announced at the branch's Autumn Meeting on 24 November 2026.

Clothing Collection for the Night of the Homeless

Do you have winter clothing in good condition that you no longer need? Marava 701 is taking part in the Night of the Homeless clothing drive and collecting donations for people in need.

We are especially looking for warm winter clothing such as jackets, sweaters, gloves, beanies, scarves, and other cold-weather items. Please ensure that all donated clothing is clean and in usable condition.
