Sääntömääräinen Syyskokous 2025

Kutsu syyskokoukseen

Tervetuloa PAM – Uudenmaan Marava-ammattilaiset ry 701:n sääntömääräiseen syyskokoukseen, joka pidetään
maanantaina 1.12.2025 klo 17.00 Ravintola Töölössä.

Kokouksessa käsitellään yhdistyksen sääntömääräiset asiat ja valitaan uusi johtokunta kaudelle 2026–2027.
Kokouksen jälkeen tarjoamme osallistujille illallisen.

Ilmoittautuminen

Ilmoittautuminen ruokailua varten päättyy 16.11.2025.
Jos olet ilmoittautunut illalliselle mutta joudut estyneeksi tämän päivämäärän jälkeen, joudumme veloittamaan (60 €) ruokailukuluista. Pyydämme sinua tutustumaan peruutusehtoihimme.

Jäsenyyden tarkistus

Kokoukseen saapuvien jäsenyys tarkastetaan paikan päällä. Kokoukseen voi osallistua vain yhdistyksemme jäsenet. Muistathan ottaa mukaasi PAMin jäsenkortin – sen voi esittää myös sähköisen palvelun kautta.

Johtokunnan tehtävät ja jaostot

Johtokuntaan valituille määritellään syyskokouksessa omat vastuutehtävät tulevalle kaksivuotiskaudelle.
Johtokuntaan valittujen joukosta nimetään myös yhdistyksen jaostojen puheenjohtajat.

Tutustuthan jo etukäteen yhdistyksen jaostoihin ja mieti, minkä toiminta kiinnostaa sinua eniten.

Invitation to the Autumn Meeting

You are warmly welcome to the statutory autumn meeting of PAM – Uusimaa Marava Professionals Association 701, which will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Restaurant Töölö.

The meeting will address the association’s statutory matters and elect a new board for the 2026–2027 term.
After the meeting, a dinner will be offered to all participants.

Registration

Registration for the dinner closes on November 16, 2025.
If you have registered for the dinner but are unable to attend after this date,
we will need to charge (60 €) to cover the meal costs. Kindly review our cancellation policy.

Membership Verification

Membership will be verified upon arrival.
Only members of our association are eligible to participate in the meeting.
Please remember to bring your PAM membership card — it can also be shown through the electronic service.

Board Duties and Committees

During the autumn meeting, specific responsibilities will be assigned to each board member for the upcoming two-year term.
From among the elected board members, chairs will also be appointed for the association’s committees.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself in advance with the association’s committees and consider which area of activity interests you the most.

  • Tilaisuudessa saatetaan ottaa valokuvia yhdistyksen kotisivuille (www.marava701.fi) sekä sosiaalisen median kanaviin (Facebook / Instagram). Annan luvan, että minusta saa ottaa kuvia ja yhdistys voi käyttää niitä harkintansa mukaan.

  • Photos may be taken during the event for use on the association’s website (www.marava701.fi) and social media channels (Facebook / Instagram). I give permission for photos of me to be taken and used by the association at its discretion.
